STONE COLD KYLA

Have you ever met someone who is such a nice, caring person that you think they could do no harm to anyone?  If so, you’ve probably met Salem Sophomore Student, Kyla Jamison.

Have you ever met somebody who is so ferocious and physical on the court that you think they would do whatever it takes to win?  If so…you’ve probably met Salem Sophomore Hooper, Kyla Jamison.

It’s just ironic those people can coexist into one human.  Jamison has been vital for Salem this year, leading in multiple categories on the stat sheet, but understanding and respecting that her upperclassmen have great assets and abilities to lead this team.  Kyla’s been overjoyed being a part of this year’s team.  Learning from the likes of Ellie Davidson and the others, it’s been a great position for Kyla to grow into.

You’ll see her signature pony-tail violently whip to the floor for tie-ups.  She even was the recipient of a black-eye this year from a practice, (Yes, we’re talking about practice.)  The legend of Jamison continues to grow, but she knows the magical season she and her Lady Quakers are on is a matter of controlling her own destiny.
