STRECANSKY POWERS LADY RAIDERS PAST HUBBARD

Both teams were strong in the pitcher’s circle Monday, but South Range defeated Hubbard 3-1. Bree Kohler allowed just two hits to Hubbard.

The Raiders got on the board in the first inning when an error scored one run for them

Bree Kohler earned the victory on the rubber for South Range. She surrendered one run on two hits over seven innings, striking out 12.

Haley Croyle took the loss for the Eagles. She lasted six innings, allowing three hits and three runs while striking out five.

The Raiders hit one home run on the day. Jillian Strecansky had a long ball in the fourth inning.

Bree Kohler, Brooke Sauerwein, and Jillian Strecansky each collected one hit to lead the Raiders.  Bree Kohler led South Range with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with five stolen bases.
