HUBBARD SOFTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP 1) WITH BILL AMERO

HUBBARD OH- Are you ready for spring? We know we are. After a successful first season under legendary coach Bill Amero, the Eagles enter season 2 of the Amero era. They lost a number of college level seniors to graduation, and now have a young, but talented roster. This season could be the beginning of a huge run in Hubbard, with no seniors on the team the Eagles will have 2 seasons with this exact roster.  With leadership in the circle, and a dangerous lineup make sure to keep your eyes out for the Eagles this season.

HUBBARD OH- Can you feel the seasons changing in the air? Spring has sprung which means it’s that time of year where the softball diamonds will be full. There are a lot of reasons to anticipate the season in Hubbard. With multiple players that are getting ready to play division 1 college softball next year, this Hubbard roster is no joke. They’ll look to seriously shake things up in a competitive NE8.

New head Bill Amero was able to come on to YSN’s Running Point this week to help us preview the softball season. He talks with Anthony Hartwig and Ty Bartell about the senior leadership he’s bringing back, what brought him back to coaching, and much more.
