DON’T MESS WITH LUKE

CANFIELD, OH- Senior Offensive lineman Luke Sotack sat down to discuss his Canfield football career. Luke talks about some of his favorite lineman while watching the Cleveland Browns. Sotack joined the Canfield football team last year and he talks about the positive decision to start playing football. Sotack was a wrestler and a soccer player for a year before joining the squad. CANFIELD, OH- Canfield football senior Matteo Ricciardi joined the show at Cocca’s Pizza in Canfield. Ricciardi started his first varsity football game in week one at West Branch. He talks about the feeling of starting a football game, along with the work he put in the off-season to get to that point. WHITED LAYS THE BOOM

CANFIELD, OH- Senior Ethan Whited sat down to talk about his football and lacrosse career’s at Canfield. Whited wears multiple hats on the gridiron playing three different positions. At any time he can play offensive guard, center, and on the defensive line. Whited talks about being a lineman, and some of the things he has worked on to get where he is at today. Whited will play his second season of lacrosse in the spring, and he talks about the hard adjustments he had to make when learning a new sport. NICK DOES THE TRICK

CANFIELD, OH- Senior tailback and inside linebacker Nick Smyczynski sat down at Cocca’s Pizza in Canfield to discuss his senior season. Smyczynski had a great game against St. Thomas More, including a touchdown in the final quarter. Nick talks about that moment at the goal line and how it was so special to him to score a touchdown at the varsity level. He also discusses his favorite part of football and what got him into playing when he was seven years old. CANFIELD COACH’S CORNER: MIKE PAVLANSKY

CANFIELD, OH- The Canfield Cardinals picked up a huge bounce back victory in overtime against the Dover Tornadoes. Head Coach Mike Pavlansky talked about the win in this weeks coach’s corner at Cocca’s Pizza in Canfield. JACK IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER

CANFIELD, OH- Senior wide receiver and kick returner Jack Davis joined the show from Cocca’s Pizza in Canfield. Davis is the leading receiver on the team with 11 receptions and 146 yards with a touchdown. Davis also has 8 returns for 170 yards this season.

Jack Davis is also a great baseball player, playing for one of the best travel teams in the state with Ohio Elite. He talks about his experience this past summer, and what excites him about this upcoming Canfield baseball season.

DREW HAS FOUND HIS GROOVE

Canfield, OH- Senior wide receiver Drew Rosteck is a man of many talents. Rosteck will play 3 sports during his high school career which include: football, hockey, and basketball. Rosteck joined the football team as a junior and said it was one of the best decision of his life. He will also pick up his basketball skills and rejoin the team for his final senior season.
