BOARDMAN, Ohio- After a very tough weeks, the Boardman Football team tries to look forward as they
have a big road test ahead of them with the Howland Tigers welcoming them to town. Head Coach DJ
Dota continues to see improvements within his squad and is excited about the continued growth
throughout the first few weeks.

BOARDMAN, OH- Coming off a 40-14 loss last week against a very tough and stout Chaney Cowboys
squad, the Boardman Spartans are looking to hit the reset button against another tough program in
Massillon Jackson.
The Polar Bears come into this match up also coming off a tough loss at the hands of Mayfield 48-10.
With both teams coming into this match up with a record of 1-1, it will be a battle as both squads will
look to rise back above .500.
Spartans Head Coach DJ Dota spoke about the tough setback suffered a week ago as well as what his
team must execute to give themselves the best opportunity of coming out on top this Friday night at
