SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP. 3) WITH DAN YEAGLEY

CANFIELD, OH – Coach Dan Yeagley and the South Range Raiders took care of business again in week three against the Niles Red Dragons, winning 35-7, and a big win on the road against Jefferson. Up next for South Range will be a regular-season home finale against Struthers this Friday night.

YSN’s own, D.J. Yokley, was able to catch up with Coach Yeagley this week to discuss the Raiders 4-0 start, what Coach and his staff have in store for us in week four against Jefferson, and also what the Raiders are looking to do in the postseason as the playoffs keep inching closer and closer.

CANFIELD, OH – Coach Dan Yeagley and his South Range Raiders flashed their high powered offense a little bit last week against Girard in a 56-28 victory. The Raiders looked impressive back to back weeks now as they sit at 2-0 with another big match up in week three against the Niles Red Dragons.

YSN’s founding father, D.J. Yokley, had the opportunity to sit down with Coach Yeagley this week to discuss hot start to the 2020 season, what the Raiders are looking to accomplish in week three against Niles, and much more.

SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP. 1.1) WITH DAN YEAGLEY

CANFIELD, OH – Week one saw Coach Dan Yeagley and his South Range Raiders play one of their biggest in-conference rivals as the Poland Bulldogs came to town last Friday night. The weather was sloppy, the play was fierce, and the Raiders accomplished what some people thought would never happen, as they not only beat the Bulldogs in the trenches, they also beat them on the scoreboard, 24-21. After an exciting week one game, Coach Yeagley and the Raiders will look to continue their winning streak as they will hit the road and travel to Girard to take on the Indians in week two.

The pride of YSN, D.J. Yokley, had the pleasure to sit down with Coach Yeagley this week to discuss their huge win over the Poland Bulldogs in NE8 play in week one, what the Raiders need to do to in week two to take care of business in Girard, and also what Coach expects from his squad moving forward as the season continues.

SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER WITH DAN YEAGLEY (EPISODE 1)

CANFIELD OH- The South Range Raiders are coming off a big home win over Poland in week 1 of the season with a score of 24-21.  The Raiders avenged a 27-7 loss to Poland in the 2019 season.  Raiders head coach Dan Yeagley is no stranger to big wins at the helm of the South Range.  He knows that w=a win last week loses it’s importance if the team doesn’t show up in week 2.  The raiders will have to travel to Girard in week 2 to keep up their momentum and stay in the win column.  Girard is coming off a 35-6 win against Lakeview in week 1.

Coach Yeagley called in to Running Point to chat with Ron.  They discuss the Raiders big win over Poland, how they plan to get a win on the road in Girard, and much more.  Get ready Raider fans! its YSN’s third season of Coach’s Corner with Dan Yeagley and he always brings the gems to the conversation. SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP. 12) WITH DAN YEAGLEY

Week 11, the first week of the 2019 OHSAA football playoffs, saw Coach Dan Yeagley and the South Range Raiders offense start off slower than we have seen all year, as they trailed Bellaire 7-2 going into the half. The second half, however, was a completely different story as the Raiders rattled off 28 unanswered points in route to a 30-7 victory. Week 12 or Round Two, however you might be keeping track at home, will send South Range on the road to take on the #1 seed, the Kirtland Hornets, in Niles at Bo Rein Stadium on Saturday night.

The pride of YSN, D.J. Yokley, sat down with Coach Yeagley this past week to talk about the big first-round win, what his outlook is moving into their second-round match up with perennial powerhouse Kirtland, and also what the Raiders need to accomplish to move on to Round 3.

Coach Dan Yeagley and the South Range Raiders knew going into their week ten match up with the Hubbard Eagles was a “win and you’re in” situation. The Raiders took full advantage of that mindset and defeated the Eagles 36-16. Week eleven will be game one of the 2019 OHSAA State Football Playoffs and South Range will host the Bellaire Big Reds on Saturday night.

YSN’s own, D.J. Yokley, caught up with Coach Yeagley this week to discuss the first round of the playoffs and to get his take on what the Raiders need to do to win and advance into the next round.

Week nine proved to be a thriller for Coach Dan Yeagley and the South Range Raiders as they played the Girard Indians. The Raiders won in a shootout, 49-42. Week ten will be the final regular-season game of the year for all teams across the state; South Range will close out the season with a home match up with NE8 foe, the Hubbard Eagles.

YSN’s leader, D.J. Yokley, talked some Raiders football with Coach Yeagley this week discussing the win last week over Girard, his outlook for their Week Ten matchup, but also the playoffs, where the Raiders currently hold the #7 seed in their region in Division 5.

Week eight was just another showing of how powerful Coach Dan Yeagley and his South Range Raiders can be on the football field. The Raiders hit the road as they took on the Lakeview Bulldogs and returned home with a 35-0 victory. Week nine will see South Range hit the road again, this time traveling to Struthers to take on the Wildcats in NE8 play.

The Raiders started off strong and never looked back last week against the Falcons of Jefferson Area. Coach Dan Yeagley and his South Range Raiders got the win 57-6. Week eight will give the Riaders another NE8 test as they will hit the road and travel up to Cortland, Ohio to take on the Lakeview Bulldogs.
