LOY LEADS THROUGH ADVERSITY

LOUISVILLE OH- They say that it is east to lead when things are going right, but true leaders can step up when things aren’t. Now usually that sentiment goes for the flow of the game, or a season. However Kendal Loy has led even when things aren’t going her way personally.

Loy has had to deal with a tough injury this whole sports season. She had to sit out the entire volleyball season, and a lot of people told she’d miss most of the basketball season. But Kendal’s tenacity, and mental toughness said otherwise. She worked every day to get back on the floor as soon as possible. She returned much sooner than expected and is making immediate impacts on this successful Leopards team.

Kendal was gracious enough to give us some of her time this week and talk to Anthony Hartwig and Ty Bartell. She talks with them about coming back from adversity, coaching the youth and what it’s taught her, and so much more. Don’t miss your chance at this exclusive interview with Kendal Loy on YSN.
