LIVELY LEAVES WELLSVILLE HITLESS

By Michael Wolfgang

LISBON, OHIO – A no-hitter requires a certain level of intensity and laser focus in the pitcher’s circle. Morgan Lively did just that on the mound Monday night as she no-hit Wellsville on Lisbon’s way to an 11-0 win.

In a dominant performance in the circle, Lively struck out 13 batters and only walked three. As an added bonus, Lively brought a hot bat with her to the field as she went 3-for-3 at the dish, an all around brilliant performance for the Lisbon star.
