A new era in Wellsville has begun, and it’s all about speed. Speed in the maturity of this team, speed in the time to contend for an EOAC Championship, and now with the new turf in place; speed on the field.
A team that has been known to push around opposition with brute force, the Wellsville Tigers will focus on speed and athleticism in 2019. Not to say that they still can’t move bodies upfront, but the eyes will be on the skilled players and how quickly they can get behind a defense, or track down tackles.
The man tasked with it all is Top Tiger, Moose Ramsey who sat down with the voice of YSN-Wellsville, Gary Althiser for our first edition of Wellsville Football Coach’s Corner.
