BROOKFIELD OH- The Brookfield Warriors are 1-0 after a massive week 1 victory over McDonald. Not too many of the “experts” gave Brookfield much of a chance this year, but the Warriors made an emphatic statement in McDonald. They won over the Blue Devils 35-6. Now, a week 2 monster matchup looms as Brookfield opens their home opener hosting Springfield.

Head coach Randy Clark joined YSN’s Running Point this week to talk about their week 1 win over McDonald, and the challenge that awaits against Springfield. He also talks with Anthony Hartwig, and Ty Bartell about the culture of Brookfield football, their development program, and much more. BROOKFIELD OH- If anyone said that Brookfield was going to be in a rebuilding year, they might want to retract tat statement after the first two weeks of the season. With two impressive wins over Liberty, and LeBrae the Warriors look just as dominant as in years past.

The Warriors will go out of conference this week to play Garfield. The G-Men are a consistent playoff team, and this will be a great measuring stick for the Warriors moving forward. Head coach Randy Clark looks forward to the challenge that sits in front of his team. Clark is in his 16th season at the helm, and he’s been there, done that. No challenge is too high for this experienced tough nosed team.
