URSULINE’S FAB NUMBER FIVE

YOUNGSTOWN OH- Last year during the shortened season, Irish quarterback Brady Shannon being the all around athlete that he is, didn’t know if he would continue his football or baseball career. That all changed on March 7th 2021 when it was announced that he committed to the University of Central Florida to play baseball.

Even with him going the baseball route, he is still focused on the 2021 Ursuline Football season, and after a 62-58 shootout win against Columbus Bishop Hartley where Shannon threw for 276 yards and five touchdowns, he and the Irish are looking to go 2 and 0 against the Hickory Hornets this Friday.

Our own Ian O’Brien caught up with the quarterback to talk with him about last week’s shootout against Bishop Hartley, this upcoming week against the Hornets and many more.
