KNIGHTS CANT HOLD THE LINE AGAINST PERRY

MASSILLON OH- Hoban faced a tough challenge on Tuesday as they stumbled against Perry, falling 12-2 in a game where the Panthers’ early offensive explosion proved to be the difference-maker.

Perry’s bats came alive in the second inning, scoring 6 runs to take a commanding lead that the Knights couldn’t overcome. Despite Hoban’s efforts to chip away at the deficit, they were unable to mount a comeback.

Offensively, Hoban managed to tally a few hits, with Taylor Gerring driving in a run and scoring one herself. Nevaeh Peters and Madison Shenigo each contributed with a hit as well, while Thea Miktarian reached base with a walk and scored a run.
