BERLIN CENTER, OH- As the days grow shorter and the crispness of fall sets in, the excitement for high school football intensifies in Berlin Center. At the heart of this anticipation is senior Dominic Ricciardi, the captain of the Western Reserve Blue Devils, who recently appeared on Chris Colucci’s “Devil’s Hour” podcast to share insights into his final high school season and future aspirations.

Dominic, a four-year player for the Blue Devils, enthusiastically recounted a successful summer of training, highlighted by the addition of two new junior captains. With robust preparation, Dominic expressed optimism about the upcoming season.

In a reflective conversation, Dominic discussed the unique challenge of playing Crestview on a Thursday night, a departure from the traditional Friday night games. He emphasized the positive impact of head coach Armini and the remarkable coaching staff assembled, attributing their success to a strong sense of teamwork.

The football program’s notable 9-2 record this season was a highlight for Ricciardi, who acknowledged the exceptional team effort that helped them achieve such a remarkable standing.
