BEAVERS OPEN EYES ON THE ROAD

HANOVERTON OH- In an impressive display of offensive firepower, Beaver Local opened some eyes while they stormed to a 17-6 victory over United in Tuesday’s matchup on the road.

Beaver Local’s bats were red hot, racking up hits and runs throughout the game. Addison Eells led the charge with a 2-for-4 performance, driving in 3 runs and scoring 3 times herself. Ciara Call also made her presence felt, going 2-for-2 with a home run, 3 RBIs, and 3 runs scored. Lora Reeder contributed with a 2-for-3 outing, tallying 4 RBIs and crossing the plate twice.

On the mound, Beaver Local relied on a combination of Addison Eells and Megan Henrich. Together, they limited United’s offense to 10 hits and 1 earned run while striking out 2 batters.

Despite the loss, United had some notable offensive performances, including a home run from Kiley Hetherington, who finished 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Joshlynn Irey went 3-for-4 with an RBI, while Sam Lippiatt added 2 hits and Grace Coffee drove in 2 runs.
