ROCKETS SPEED PAST WATERLOO

ATWATER OH- In an impressive display of dominance, the Lowellville Rockets soared to a commanding 40-8 victory over Waterloo in Week 9. The Rockets left no room for doubt, showcasing their prowess throughout the game.

Lowellville quickly established their presence in the game when Michael Ballone connected with Matt Lucido for a sensational 65-yard passing touchdown. This early strike put Lowellville ahead 7-0, leaving Waterloo with a challenging climb ahead. The touchdown occurred with 4:22 remaining in the first quarter.

The Rockets continued to expand their lead in the second quarter. Geno Perry powered through for a 2-yard rushing touchdown, increasing Lowellville’s advantage to 13-0. This impressive run occurred with 11:15 left in the second quarter.

Tino Rivera-Ocasio added to Lowellville’s offensive prowess with a remarkable 52-yard rushing touchdown at 3:56 in the second quarter. This outstanding play extended the lead to 20-0.

Just before the end of the first half, Michael Ballone showcased his skill again. He launched a 28-yard passing touchdown to Landon Esenwein. The pass was tipped in the air, resulting in a jump ball that Esenwein skillfully grabbed. With 33 seconds left in the second quarter, Lowellville held a commanding 26-0 lead.

The third quarter brought no respite for Waterloo as Lowellville continued to assert their dominance. Tino Rivera-Ocasio, already having a standout game, secured his second rushing touchdown, this time for 26 yards. The extra point was good, pushing the score to 33-0 with 7:39 remaining in the third quarter.

Codi Nofli joined the scoring frenzy with a 3-yard rushing touchdown. The extra point was successful, making it 40-0 Lowellville.
