WARRIORS BUILT FOR BATTLE
BELOIT OH- West Branch was on fire on Tuesday as they dominated EBC foe Carrollton with a resounding 10-0 victory.
The West Branch offense came out swinging, led by Mikayln Woods and Ellie Tucker. Woods went 2 for 3 at the plate, driving in 3 RBIs and scoring a run, while Tucker contributed with 3 hits and 2 RBIs of her own. Josie Milliken added to the offensive onslaught with 2 hits and 3 runs scored. Addie Craven, Libbie Davis, and Brynn Smith each chipped in with hits and RBIs as well.
In the circle, Klary McKay delivered a stellar performance, pitching a complete game shutout. McKay allowed just 5 hits over 5 innings while striking out 4 batters, keeping Carrollton’s offense at bay.
