VIKINGS SHINE OVER SEBRING
ATWATER OH- Waterloo showcased their dominance on Tuesday with a commanding 15-4 run-rule victory over Sebring, as they ran all over the field in a dominant performance.
The Waterloo offense was firing on all cylinders, led by Morgan Sweitzer, Kristlyn Kehrer, and Taryn Brown. Sweitzer contributed with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored, while Kehrer added 2 RBIs of her own. Brown was perfect at the plate, going 2 for 2 with an RBI and crossing the plate 3 times. Bayley English also made an impact with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
In the circle, Kehrer delivered a solid performance, pitching 5 innings and allowing just 2 earned runs on 4 hits while striking out an impressive 9 batters.
Sebring’s offense managed to generate some runs, with Bella Threet leading the way with 3 hits and an RBI, followed by Blake Thomas with 2 hits and an RBI. Keira Berger also contributed with an RBI.
