CAMPBELL SCORES PLENTY FOR THEIR SENIORS
CAMPBELL OH- Campbell celebrated their senior class in style on Friday night with a commanding 20-10 win over Springfield.
Mileena Williams led the offensive charge, going 3-3 with 3 RBIs, 3 walks, and 3 runs scored. Angeliz Diaz and Angelis Espada also had big nights, with Diaz going 2-5 with 3 RBIs and Espada contributing 2-2 with 2 RBIs, a walk, and 3 runs scored. Ramani Adams added 2 RBIs, and Abby Broz and Cyra Cross each chipped in with RBIs as well.
In the circle, Adams had a strong performance, allowing just 2 hits and no earned runs over 4 innings while striking out 6 batters.
Springfield put up a fight, with Gina Romeo, Olivia Allen, and Emily Conner leading the offensive effort. Romeo had 2 RBIs, while Allen contributed 1 RBI and scored 2 runs. Conner went 2-3 with a walk and scored a run, and Zoey Douglas added an RBI.
