It’s Season Two of Crestview Coach’s Corner with Aaron Blatch, and with the Lady Rebels off and running in their season we finally had some time to sit down with the Head Ball Coach.

The Lady Rebs have been road warriors early on this season, and have battled their way to a winning record (7-2) to start their campaign.

YSN’s DJ Yokley sat down with Coach Blatch to discuss the blueprint for the script in the early going, and what needs to be done to keep pace for their long-term goals in 2019.

Another game, another victory.  That’s the feeling for the EP Girls Hoops program right now.  Coach Franklin and his staff have the girls primed, and locked in on their game, no matter who is sitting on the opposing bench.

However, a couple decent marginal wins for the Lady ‘Dogs as of late, and they haven’t even scratched the surface on their potential this year.

There’s a new lead dog in Bulldog Country this year.  East Palestine hired on Bill Stanton to help revive the winning tradition in East Palestine for basketball.  Stanton has come from other storied programs such as Boardman, Poland, Struthers, and EOAC Rival- Lisbon.

Veteran East Palestine Head Coach Will Franklin has been a part of the program for quite some time, and the game that transpired recently against Lisbon in the Dog Pound was enough to give any coach a good night’s rest.

After a 50-49 victory over the Lady Blue Devil’s YSN’s DJ Yokley caught up with Coach Franklin to discuss the progression he’s seen in his time in Bulldog Country, as well as many other topics including what it’s like to coach young teams and transforming them to champions.

EAST LIVERPOOL COACH’S CORNER WITH JOSH LUDWIG (EP 9)

A very tough loss for the Potters last week puts a new perspective to the Blue and White heading into Week 10!  Coach Ludwig and the Big Blue Wrecking Crew has the kiln burning white hot in Potterland!  The Potters will celebrate Senior Night at Patterson Field this evening, and try to send cement the legacy of the Class of ’19.

Lutheran East lines up on the other side of the paint this week, and the Potters look to continue their push toward their third winning season in the last 15 years.  Can the Potters slow down the running game of the Falcons?
