AVALANCHE HAS THEIR A-GAME

STRUTHERS OH- Thursday night in Class B action at Bob Cene Patk, Avalanche brought their A-Game grabbing a 9-4 win over Athletix.

Hunter Jones led the charge for Avalanche, going 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs and a run. Will Beckert added to the tally with a 1-for-4 night and 2 RBIs. Elijah Hochstetler contributed 2 RBIs, drew a walk, and scored a run. Braden Burnette was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with an RBI, a walk, and a run. Dom Miller also chipped in with a 2-for-4 performance and a run.

Despite the loss, Athletix had some standout performances. JD Henderson went 3-for-3 with an RBI and a run, while Cody Bungert matched that with a 3-for-3 night, an RBI, and a walk. Brady Haught added an RBI with his 1-for-2 effort, and Cale Moraski went 1-for-3, driving in a run and scoring once.
