CREEKSIDE CRASHES INTO THE BARONS

STRUTHERS OH- Wednesday night saw an intense showdown in Class B Baseball 18U as Creekside clashed with the 3B Barons. Both teams brought their A-game, but Creekside managed to edge out the Barons in a close contest.

Jon Husband went 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Mason Petridis smacked a double, drove in a run, and crossed the plate for Creekside. Brant Barilaro was lights out on the mound, hurling four scoreless innings, allowing just three hits, and fanning seven.

For the 3B Barons, Ryan Peikutoski crushed a double and a homer, racking up two RBIs and a run. Brady McGuire chipped in with two hits, including a double, and scored a run. Creekside pulled through in a hard-fought game.
