EAGLES WIN SEVENTH STRAIGHT

SELINEVILLE OH- After starting out the season with a 1-4 record the United girls basketball team have won 7 straight games and now stand at 8-4 after a 51-23 of Southern Local.

Leading the charge for the Lady Eagles was Grace Knight with 16 points and Mickey Shasteen had 10 points.

Southerns freshman Ashley Shroads put up some big numbers with 14 points and 15 rebounds 5 steals and 4 blocked shots. Next up for United is a big contest at Columbiana Thursday. The Indians travel to East Palestine monday to take on the Lady Bulldogs.
