EAST PALESTINE HAS A FUN FRIDAY
EAST PALESTINE OH- East Palestine had a fantastic Friday night, sweeping a conference doubleheader against Wellsville. In game one, they cruised to a 9-2 victory, and in game two, they narrowly edged out Wellsville with a score of 10-9.
In the first game, Madison Foster led the offensive charge, going 2-3 with 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Taylor Foster also had a strong performance, going 2-3 with 1 RBI and 3 runs scored. Cami Kridler and Kennedy Andre each contributed RBIs, and Gabby Andre scored 3 runs.
On the mound, Gabby Andre pitched a solid game, allowing 2 earned runs on 5 hits over 5 innings while striking out 2 batters.
In the second game, Emma Gingher led the offensive charge, going 2-2 with 2 RBIs and 1 run scored. Taylor Foster continued her strong performance with 2 more RBIs and 2 runs scored. Lilly Ratner and Jasmine Ludt also contributed RBIs, with Ludt scoring 2 runs.
