RAIDERS SET SAIL TO VICTORY

CORTLAND OH- South Range showcased a strong performance on Monday night, securing an impressive 8-1 win over Lakeview.

From the opening inning, South Range’s offense came out swinging, with multiple players contributing to their run tally. Tyson Tarajack led the charge with a 2-for-4 performance, driving in 2 runs and scoring 2 himself. Tyler Wardle also had a solid outing, going 2 for 5 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored. Brennen Klasovsky and Andrew Brian each contributed 2 hits, with Brian adding an RBI and a run scored. Gavin Hiscox chipped in with a hit and a run scored as well.

On the mound, Julian Tranovich was stellar for South Range, pitching a complete game gem. He allowed just 1 hit and no earned runs over 7 innings while striking out 5 Lakeview batters.

Lakeview struggled to generate offense against Tranovich’s dominant pitching, with Brandon Cash managing the lone hit of the day for his team.
