WARRIORS TAKE THE SHOW ON THE ROAD TO TOP SALEM

BELOIT OH- Basketball is a game of streaks, West Branch went on a 22-10 2nd quarter run and Salem decided to make their own run going on a 14-6 ride but in the end the Warriors came out on top beating the Quakers 53-43 in Cabas gym Friday night.

After Salem took a 41-39 lead West Branch took control of the game running off a 14-2 advantage and sealed the game. The win improves the Warriors to an overall record of 15-5 and 8-4 in the EBC. Salem drops to 11-7 and 7-4 in conference play.

Jaxon Henderscott scored 19 points to led West Branch and right behind him was Dru DeSields with 17 points.

Jon Null paced the Quakers with 13 points and Hunter Griffith added 10. West Branch returns to the courts on Tuesday as they host Waterloo and the Quakers jump right back at it as they travel to Minerva on Saturday night.
