BOARDMAN HOPES TO BUILD MOMENTUM

BOARDMAN OH- Boardman came in to Wednesday’s game against Warren Harding knowing they needed momentum for the rest of the season. A well timed win can be a perfect springboard. The timing was right for the Spartans, as they ran away from the Raiders to a 50-35 win.

Mackenzie Riccitelli led the way for the Spartans with 12 points on the night. The Spartans got off to an 11-2 start, and Emma Mills was a big reason why. She also finished in double figures with 11. Sarah Bero came off the bench and added a solid 7.

Boardman will look to capitalize on the momentum as they travel to East on Saturday for a non conference matchup.
