CANFIELD OH- In a highly anticipated showdown, Canfield emerged victorious on the road in the latest installment of the Battle of 224 rivalry, defeating Poland with a final score of 41-30.
Leading the scoring charge for Canfield was Cami Hritz, who delivered a standout performance with 11 points, showcasing her offensive prowess and leadership on the court. Grace McQuiston contributed 10 points, while Carly Fleming added 9 points and Macey Kalina chipped in with 5 points, highlighting the team’s balanced scoring effort.
Despite a valiant effort from Poland, led by Elliana Thompson with 11 points and Avery Jakubovic with 5 points, they couldn’t overcome Canfield’s determined performance.
