LABRAE FLIPS A SWITCH AND RUNS AWAY FROM CHAMPION

WARREN OH- In a remarkable turnaround, LaBrae bounced back from a slow start in Champion on Tuesday night to secure a convincing 82-49 victory. Despite Champion’s early lead of 17-16 after the first quarter, the Vikings shifted the momentum in the second, heading into halftime with a 42-31 advantage.

LaBrae’s scoring was led by Austin Rowe with an impressive 26 points, closely followed by Derek Wilson contributing 24 points. Jay McGary added 15 points, and Jaxson Lancaster chipped in with 7 points.

Champion’s efforts were led by Christian Williams with 14 points, Jacob Andreatta with 10 points, Marky Nolan with 7 points, and Carson Fife with 6 points.

Both teams will be back on their home courts next on Friday. LaBrae is set to host Garfield, while Champion plays host to Brookfield, each looking to continue their momentum in the upcoming matchups.
