POLAND DOESN’T WAIVER IN THE CONFERENCE
NILES OH- Poland continued their perfect record in the NE8 on Monday, securing a decisive 46-28 victory on the road against Niles.
Mary Brant led the scoring for Poland with an impressive 16 points, supported by Leanna Boccieri and Elliana Thompson, each contributing 9 points. Leanne Williams added 8 points to the scoreboard.
On the Niles side, Caroline Cormell and Kherington Stanford each scored 6 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Poland’s dominance.
With this win, Poland advances to a 5-3 record and will return home to host Lakeview on Thursday. Niles, now at 2-5, will hit the road to face Mathews on Thursday. Poland’s continued success in the NE8 sets the stage for an intriguing season as they navigate upcoming challenges.
