RAIDERS END THEIR SPRING BREAK TRIP WITH WIN

South Range defeated Bamberg-Ehrhardt 9-0 on Thursday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Samantha Susany induced a fly out to finish off the game.

South Range tallied three runs in the seventh inning. Juli Stachowicz and Jillian Strecansky each drove in runs.

Reagan Irons got the win for South Range. The righthander lasted four and a third innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out three. Susany threw two and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

The Raiders tallied eight hits. Bree Kohler, Strecansky, and Kelly Szolek each managed multiple hits. Szolek, Strecansky, and Kohler each managed two hits to lead.

The Raiders finish their stay in Myrtle Beach with a record of 6-1 and will come home to host Poland on Monday.
