NORTH NOT KEEPING THE KNIGHTS OUT OF DISTRICTS

AKRON OH- Archbishop Hoban sailed past North Rangers 13-3 in the sectional championship, thanks to a massive 10-run rally in the fifth inning. The inning saw Landan Browning and Grady Falkenstein each knocking in runs with singles, Justice Buckner and Blake Bantum smacking doubles, and Michael Ciavolella adding a single of his own to the mix.

The Knights got rolling early with a walk from Andrew Karhoff in the first inning putting them on the board. North Rangers responded in the second, tying it up with a hit from Devin Nix and a walk by Braylon Rolf. They even snagged the lead in the fourth on a balk, but their edge was short-lived.
