YOUNGSTOWN OH-  It hoops season Liberty, and The Leopards are looking to be the main spot this basketball season! With basketball season always a fun one in The Liberty Leopards community, this year looks to have the added intrigue of a wide open conference. Playing in the Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference’s (MVAC) Grey Division, The Leopards are looking to scratch and claw their way into contention for the top spot!

YSNs Ty Bartell got the chance to talk with The Leopards Head Coach Levon Lamb in this season’s first edition of Coaches Corner. LIBERTY OH- Oh boy is it a good time to be a basketball fan in Liberty. On the girls side, you have a MVAC Champion. On the boys side a very great team, that is sitting 2nd in the MVAC, with two hard losses to Campbell. That’s not lessening the excitement for the team however, as you can feel the energy in the air every time you go into the Leopard’s gym.

Liberty head coach Levon Lamb had the chance to come on to YSN’s Running Point this week to talk about his team’s season.
