CANTON OH- In a dominating performance, Ursuline’s offense unleashed its fury on Thursday night, powering the team to a resounding 85-44 victory over VASJ in the regional semifinals. From the opening tip, the Irish seized control and never looked back, establishing a commanding 21-9 lead after the first quarter and extending their advantage with each passing minute.
Leading the charge for Ursuline was Jaylen Gunther, who erupted for 24 points, showcasing his scoring prowess with a stellar performance. Joining Gunther in the scoring barrage were Jayden Payne with 14 points and DaShaun Will with 12 points, further fueling Ursuline’s offensive onslaught.
