KINSMAN OH- Badger basketball was one of the most exciting offenses on the YSN family last season.  The high flying nature of the Braves roster left everyone in awe every night.  This year, they still have all the excitement ready to go, and are geared up for a ton of success. Badger may not have the depth that they have hsd, but the players that want to be on the team are willing to put everything they have into bringing this team to new heights.

LEAVITSBURG OH- LaBrae girls hoops doesn’t shy away from anybody. One of the hallmarks of their program has always been the fearlessness the players and coaches bring to the game. You’ll never see the Vikings back down or be intimidated. Does that mean they’ll win every game they’ll play? No, but it does mean that they’ll compete in every game they play. LaBrae will not be a team that is beaten before the game even starts.

That attitude has a lot to do with head coach Mandy Rowe and the culture she has created. She has a lot of young talent coming back with a year of experience under their belt. CANFIELD OH- South Range will always be formidable in girls basketball, or least that is how it has seemed the last decade.  The Raiders have been to 5 regional tournaments since 2013.  Head coach Jeff Fishel has seen them go to the Regional Finals twice under his coaching.  That’s why a season like last year, which some programs would love to have, was considered a “down year” for the Raiders.  Coach Fishel took it in and put together what he calls the best off season his program has had so far.  There’s a lot of reasons to be excited for the Raiders season, and we have you covered with a preview.
