EAST LIVERPOOL, OH- Crestview was able to get their offense firing again in a 16-6 victory over Beaver Local on Tuesday. The Crestview Lady Rebels scored 3 runs in the top of the 1st inning after the first 2 batters were retired. Beaver Local scored 4 in the bottom of the inning, Leah Pancake had a 2-run bomb in the inning. In the bottom of the 4th Olivia Strank came in to pitch with the bases loaded and 1 out, she struck out the first batter, then retired the next batter with a come-backer to the mound. The Rebels went on to plate 9 runs on the board in the top of the 5th. Brittany Coblentz hit a two-run home run in the 4th and then struck again for another two-run shot in the 5th finishing with 3 hits and 6 runs batted in. Also aiding the Rebels in the win was Haley Eskra adding 3 hits, a double and 2 singles, and Skyler Mattern added 3 singles. For Beaver Local Pancake had a home run and a single, Mikayla Shulas had a single and two walks. In the circle, MacKenzie Daub earned the win while Olivia Strank picked up the save.
