LISBON PLAYS FOR BIGGER THINGS

TORNTO OH- Some things as they say are bigger than football. No program understands that right now more than Lisbon. Friday night was the first time Lisbon was able to get back on the field after losing one of their own. Being on the field meant wonders for the Blue Devils, and so did the support of their opponent. Both teams met at midfield before the start of the game for a moment of prayer. When the action started Toronto took control of the game early and never looked back. They beat Lisbon 41-26.

Giovanni Estrada ran hard for Lisbon gaining 134 yards on the ground and scoring two touchdowns. Both scores came in the second half. Logan Stauffer threw for 67 yards, and ran for 34 and a touchdown.

Lisbon ventures in to the EOAC next week as they travel to Southern.
