The tension escalated when West Branch managed to take a late 34-33 lead. However, Canfield swiftly responded, racing down the court and relying on McQuiston to deliver a clutch three-pointer with little time remaining. Remarkably, this shot marked McQuiston’s first made field goal of the night, making it all the more significant.
