O’BRIEN SEES PERFECTION AGAIN

MCDONALD OH- McDonald continued their dominance in the MVAC on Tuesday, blanking Lowellville for another impressive win and completing the season sweep with a commanding 10-0 victory.

The McDonald offense was firing on all cylinders, led by Bri McCombs and Jenna Helco. McCombs went 3 for 4 at the plate, driving in 3 RBIs and scoring 2 runs, while Helco contributed with 2 hits and a whopping 4 RBIs. Kayla Helco added 2 hits and an RBI, and Lauren O’Leary chipped in with a hit, an RBI, and 2 runs scored.

In the circle, Isabella O’Brien delivered a masterful performance, pitching a perfect game over 6 innings. O’Brien allowed no hits, no runs, and no walks while striking out an incredible 16 batters, showcasing her dominance in the circle.
