RESERVE HOLDS OFF SEBRING FOR CONFERENCE WIN

BERLIN CENTER, OH- Sebring scored three runs in the second inning, but Western Reserve still won 10-3 on Tuesday. Sebring’s big inning was driven by a triple by Devyn Reggi and an error on a ball put in play by Allison Hoschar.

Western Reserve tallied five runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Western Reserve was led by Joanie DagnanMaggie Byers, and Hannah Heath, all driving in runs in the inning.

Byers was on the rubber for the Lady Blue Devils. The right-hander lasted five innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out four and walking zero.

Hoschar was in the pitcher’s circle for McKinley. The pitcher went four innings, allowing ten runs on 12 hits and striking out one.

Western Reserve racked up 12 hits in the game. Alexa AbramsAubrey KutskoCaylee SelleyMadison Gatto, and Dagnan all collected multiple hits for the Lady Devils DagnanGattoSelleyKutsko, and Abrams each collected two hits to lead Western Reserve.
