RESERVE KEEPS THEIR SPOT ON TOP OF MVAC

BERLIN CENTER OH- First place was on the line for Western Reserve on Tuesday night hosting Mineral Ridge. If the Rams won, it would create a three way tie for first in the MVAC. The Blue Devils were having none of that. They swept the Rams in straight sets. (25-23 25-14 25-19)

Alyvia Hughes led the Reserve offense with 13 kills. She also played solid defense finishing with 8 digs. Angelina Cappabianca had a solid offensive night as well finishing with 9 kills. Ally Jones led the defense with 15 digs.

For the Rams, Ava Hulett had 7 kills and 8 digs. Samantha Aulet set up 18 assists for the Rams. Olivia Booth had 5 kills, and 4 digs.

Western Reserve continues their schedule on Thursday as they host Lowellville. Mineral Ridge returns home on Thursday to host Waterloo.
