GENEVA, OH- Sebring had to wait a bit longer than everyone else to get their season started. After losing their Week 1 opponent, the Trojans essentially got an extra week to prepare for Ashtabula St Johns, and boy was it worth the wait. Sebring won 29-8.
The Sebring ground attack dominated the game as the Trojans had three separate runners go for 75 yards or more. Leading the way was Noah Frederick who ran for 176 yards with 2 touchdowns. Elijah Frederick wouldn’t be too far behind, he ran for 100 yards with a touchdown. Kade Leasure ran for 75 yards and a touchdown.
Sebring is slated to have their home opener in Week 3 against Mathews on Friday.
