SPRINGFIELD PASSES ROAD TEST TO STAY PERFECT

BERLIN CENTER OH- Springfield continued their dominance of the MVAC on Tuesday as they traveled to Western Reserve. Although it was not the offensive output we are used to seeing from the Tigers, they did plenty to win. They beat the Blue Devils 55-41.

The Tigers offense was as balanced as always. Three Tigers got into double figures. Beau Brungard led the way with 13 points. Both Adam Wharry, and Alex Rothwell were right behind him with 12 each. Sean Guerriero added an important 7.

The Blue Devils were paced by David Ashburn who cracked double digits with 10. David Altiere was on track with 9.

Both teams get back to action Friday as the Tigers stay on the road traveling to Jackson Milton. Western Reserve will return home to host McDonald.
