CRESTVIEW VOLLEYBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP 1) WITH ALISHA AUER
COLUMBIANA OH- Last year was a dream season for Crestview Volleyball. Although they’ve had plenty of success in year’s past, there was something about last season’s squad just hit different. The Rebels made it to the Regional Finals finally being able to post up a win in Barberton. Now, the challenge ahead of Crestview is to not lose any of the momentum. They have graduated an important group of seniors that leave big shoes to fill. However, the Rebels have 7 seniors in the class of 2025 so leadership won’t be dropping off any time soon. No matter how new or familiar the faces are on the floor, the Rebels have established a culture of excellence. There should be no reason to think that will go away. With the biggest target that’s ever been on their back, Crestview will navigate a tough schedule and try to get right back to where they were last year.
Crestview head coach Alisha Auer is back again to lead her squad. She was able to join YSN’s Anthony Hartwig to talk about what the Rebels will look like this year. They discuss building energy on the floor, the people that make Crestview volleyball great, and much more. Check out Episode 1 of Coach’s Corner with Alisha Auer exclusively on YSN.
