CANFIELD CARDINALS FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP. 1) WITH MIKE PAVLANSKY

CANFIELD, OH – The Canfield Cardinals once again are coming into a season off of a very impressive playoff run the year before. Last season the Cards fell in the regional semifinals to the Chardon. Hilltoppers. This year however, the Cardinals are looking to continue that success and build upon those runs and try to get over the hump. Returning this year is a very experienced senior class led by quarterback Broc Lowry, an Indiana Hoosiers commit, which Coach Pavlansky will look to lean on all season long.

YSN’s own, Steve Leslie, was able to sit down with Coach Pavlansky at Cocca’s Pizza in Canfield this week to get a season preview on the Cardinals, what the roster is looking like this year with key pieces on all sides of the ball, what the schedule is all about for the Cards, as well as, a week one preview as Canfield will travel to Beloit on Friday night to take on the West Branch Warriors!

All that and so much more in this week’s episode of Canfield Cardinals football coach’s corner with head coach, Mike Pavlansky!

CANFIELD VOLLEYBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP 1) WITH KRISTA NESBITT

CANFIELD OH- It’s the start of a new era in Canfield for their volleyball program. The Cardinals will face 2022 with a new coach at the helm. Krista Nesbitt enters the fold to lead the Cardinals. Last year, Nesbitt was the JV coach for the Cardinals, and so she was at every step of the journey. That has helped her in taking over the job as the varsity head coach.  She knows the players, skill sets, and culture that has driven the Cardinals to success for years.

Coach Nesbitt was able to hop on YSN’s Running Point this week to talk about her first year with the reigns. She talks with Anthony Hartwig and Ty Bartell about the senior leadership her team will have, what the strengths of the team will be, and much more. Don’t miss the chance to learn more about Cardinal Volleyball in Episode 1 of Coach’s Corner With Krista Nesbitt.
