YOUNGSTOWN OH- Cardinal Mooney’s senior outside hitter, Amarra Anderson, is not only leaving her mark on the volleyball court but also carrying forward a family legacy steeped in the school’s history. She is a testament to consistency, displaying unwavering dedication, a positive attitude, and a track record of success. As part of a robust senior class, Amarra takes on a pivotal leadership role, guiding the Mooney team through a challenging schedule.

Amarra’s performance on the court has been nothing short of impressive. She currently ranks second on the team in kills, amassing an impressive total of 140 so far this season, trailing just 12 behind the leading player. Her prowess extends to the net, where she’s recorded an impressive 48 blocks, showcasing her skills in both offense and defense.

Beyond the volleyball court, Amarra is also a passionate artist. While she contemplates the possibility of playing volleyball at the collegiate level, her primary focus is on nurturing her artistic talents as she advances to the next stage of her education.
