CANFIELD OH- On a special evening dedicated to raising breast cancer awareness, Canfield’s volleyball team displayed their resilience and determination as they secured a hard-fought victory against Howland in four closely contested sets. The final scores were 25-16, 23-25, 25-17, and 25-18.

Throughout the match, Canfield showcased their balanced offensive and defensive prowess. Ashtyn Hanousek was instrumental on the attack, contributing 12 kills and 2 crucial blocks. Ensuring smooth ball distribution, Vivian Biro and Carly Flemming combined forces, tallying 16 and 14 assists, respectively. The defensive efforts were equally impressive, with Alexis Lafoer digging deep to accumulate 18 crucial digs.
