BULLDOG MENTALITY, EP RALLIES PAST SOUTHERN

SALINEVILLE, OH- A slow start evoked a fast response from the East Palestine Volleyball Team on Tuesday night.  The Lady Bulldogs lost the first set 25-20 only to fight back to the tune of 25-21, 25-13, 25-20 in a big EOAC victory for Coach Franklin and her girls.

Two Lady Dogs posted double-doubles on the night, Emily Berger had 15 points and 10 kills while Morgan Cheurco had 22 helpers and 10 points.  Liv Figley managed 7 kills and 4 blocks from the front row and Paige Snyder showed versatility on the stat sheet with 9 digs, 5 points, 6 kills, and an ace.

With the victory, EP improves to 12-5 and 9-2 in the EOAC.

You can catch the Bulldogs as they host their friends from the Keystone State, Mohawk.  The action starts around 7 pm on YSN East Palestine.
