CANFIELD TAKES CONTROL EARLY AND NEVER LETS GO

LOUISVILLE OH- Canfield’s basketball team showcased their dominance on Thursday, securing a convincing 66-47 victory over Northwest and punching their ticket to the district championship once again.

Led by a balanced scoring attack, Canfield put on an impressive display on both ends of the court. Tony Russo led the charge with 15 points, while Dom Cruz and Sam Castronova each contributed 13 points. Ben Weaver also made his presence felt with 12 points, rounding out a formidable offensive performance for Canfield.

With this win, Canfield sets their sights on the district championship, scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 at Louisville High School.
