FALCONS FURIOUS OFFENSE WASHES OUT HOWLAND

AUSTINTOWN OH- Fitch was able to play on Monday night despite a day filled with spotty rain. It was their bats that brought the storms however, as they blasted Howland 22-3 with a 17 run third inning.

Sophia Senediak belted a home run, and she was just the tip of the spear in Fitch’s onslaught. Lydia Spalding gathered three hits on the day. She was one of five other Falcons to have multiple hit games. Senediak led in RBI with 3, Maddy Taylor, and McKenna Hogan each had 2.

Kayla Schubert won her third game in a row inside the circle for the Falcons.

The two teams are scheduled to play at Fitch again on Tuesday night. First pitch slated for 4:30.
