GIRARD BLOWS DOWN THE RAIDERS

GIRARD OH- Emily Rosace didn’t allow a single run as Girard defeated Harding 13-0 on Thursday. Rosace allowed just two hits.

Girard secured the victory thanks to ten runs in the fourth inning. Their big bats were led by Kylie Carpenter, Ali Durkin, Abbie Rafferty, Rosace, Megan Durkin, and Kristina Olesky, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Girard put up ten runs in the fourth inning. The offensive firepower was led by Carpenter, Durkin, Rafferty, Rosace, Durkin, and Olesky, all driving in runs in the inning.

Rosace got the start for the Indians. The pitcher lasted five innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out five and walking zero.

Girard tallied one home run on the day. Rosace had a homer in the fourth inning.

Girard collected 14 hits. Rafferty, Sidnee Rice, and Ava Serrano each had multiple hits. Rice and Rafferty each collected three hits to lead the way.
